On the evening of Wednesday, March 26, Russian troops launched drone strikes on Kharkiv. There were explosions and fires in the city. There are casualties, their exact number is being clarified. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov, the mayor Igor Terekhov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“There were at least 15 explosions in the city. All relevant services are working on the ground. The information is being updated,” Sinegubov said.
A preliminary fire was reported in a warehouse in the Kyiv district of the city.
“A 14-year-old girl was injured. She is hospitalized in a serious condition. Also, a 26-year-old man was injured,” Sinegubov wrote.
He added that a 25-year-old man was wounded in the Kyiv district.
According to Terekhov, multi-storey residential buildings were damaged in the city, and according to preliminary information, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.
Local media also reported a plane hit a residential building, which started a large-scale fire. Another hit was recorded on a football field during a game.
