When does the NMT for graduates start in 2025 (schedule)

The Ministry of Education has approved a schedule for the National Multiple Choice Test (NMT) in 2025. Information about this appeared on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment on Monday, December 30, [ komersant] reports.
Testing will take place during the main and additional sessions. The main ones will be held from May 14 to June 25; additional ones – from July 14 to 25.
The main stage of registration for participation in the main NMT sessions will last from March 6 to April 3 inclusive.
Until April 8 , registrants will have the opportunity to make changes in their personal accounts (choose another subject of the additional block or change the locality in Ukraine/abroad in which they wish to take the STEM).
During the additional period (May 9-14 ), persons who were unable to do so for valid reasons during the main registration period and those who registered during the main registration period but were denied registration will be able to register for the NMT during additional sessions. Changes to registration data can be made until May 19.
Starting from May 4, registered participants of the main sessions of the NMT will be able to download invitations from their personal accounts, which will indicate the date, time and place of the NMT. Participants of additional sessions will be able to do so starting July 11. For security reasons, we will not publish information about the locations where the tests will be held in Ukraine, either on the websites of the Ukrainian and regional centers for education quality assessment or on our official social media pages. We strongly recommend that participants do not disclose where and when the testing will take place, as this may affect their safety and the safety of the NMT organizers.
Information about the results of the main sessions of the NMT on a scale of 100-200 points will be posted in the participants’ personal accounts by July 4, and additional sessions by July 30.
It should be noted that in 2025, according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the NMT will be conducted in the form of computer-based testing. In addition, it approved the list of subjects to be tested. Thus, the NMT will contain two blocks: the main one, which will include three compulsory subjects, and an additional one, which will contain tasks in one subject of your choice. The compulsory subjects are Ukrainian language, mathematics, and history of Ukraine, and the optional subjects are Ukrainian literature, a foreign language (English, Spanish, German, French), biology, physics, chemistry, and geography.
Each NMT participant will take the test on the same day in two stages. During the first stage, which will last 120 minutes, they will have to complete tasks in the Ukrainian language and mathematics, and during the second stage, also lasting 120 minutes, they will have to complete tasks in the history of Ukraine and a subject of their choice, which they indicated during registration for participation in the NMT. There will be a 20-minute break between stages.
