Kremenchuk is completely without power, there are problems with water and heating

As of the morning of November 8, there was no electricity supply throughout Kremenchuk, Poltava region. The city is partially without heating. Water supply will be carried out according to the schedule.
This was reported by the mayor of the city Vitaliy Maletskiy, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“The enemy continues to strike at Ukraine’s energy facilities. This time, our district came under attack. Currently, there is no electricity supply throughout the city,” said the mayor of Kremenchuk.
According to him, the authorities are taking the necessary measures to ensure the operation of water supply, sewage and heating systems in the absence of electricity. The city is setting up emergency centers for city residents.
Later, Mr. Maletsky clarified that the city water utility had switched to a backup power supply. A schedule of water supply to the city network has been introduced.
Water supply schedule on weekdays:
- 06:00 – 09:00
- 18:00 – 21:00
Water supply schedule on weekends:
- 08:00 – 11:00
- 18:00 – 21:00
The head of the Poltava regional military administration, Volodymyr Kohut, added that Kremenchuk community has no electricity, water and partially no heating. The authorities are organizing water deliveries for residents. Electric transport is not working in the city: additional buses have been deployed.
“The enemy launched a massive strike in Poltava region, targeting energy infrastructure facilities. One person was injured. Due to the attack, special schedules for emergency power outages have been introduced in the region,” the official emphasized.
