Kubrakov became Zelensky’s advisor on infrastructure and community relations

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree appointing Oleksandr Kubrakov as an advisor on infrastructure and community relations outside the state.

The corresponding decree No. 66/2026 is posted on the website of the head of state, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".

“To appoint Oleksandr Mykolayovych Kubrakov as advisor to the President of Ukraine on infrastructure and community relations (non-staff),” the decree reads.

Kubrakov was born on August 20, 1982, in Pershotravensk, Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University and completed a short-term program at Harvard Kennedy School. He is a marketer by education.

He is one of the co-founders of Eurokomunservis LLC and the City for People group of companies, which provide services in the field of housing and communal services. He initiated the launch of the 4G network in Ukraine.

In August 2019, he became a member of the Ukrainian parliament from the Servant of the People party. On November 19, 2019, he passed an open competition for the position of Head of Ukravtodor.

In 2021, he was appointed Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

In 2022, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Kubrakov as Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine – Minister of Community, Territory, and Infrastructure Development.

In May 2024, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Kubrakov from the post of Minister of Community, Territory, and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
