Kyiv under massive attack: a high-rise building is on fire, power outages

During a combined attack by the Russian occupation forces on Tuesday night, November 25, a fire broke out in a multi-storey building in the capital, and there are interruptions in electricity and water supply. This was reported by Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“In some areas of the capital, there are interruptions in power and water supply,” Klitschko wrote.
The mayor emphasized that the enemy attack on Kyiv continues and urged citizens to stay in shelters.
Klitschko also reported that debris hit a residential building in Pechersk.
“There is a fire on the 6-7th floor. Emergency services are on their way,” the mayor wrote.
In addition, a fire was reported at the level of 4-5 floors in a 22-storey residential building in Pechersk, Klitschko said.
“We continue to record reports of the consequences of the attack at several locations on the right and left bank,” Tkachenko wrote.
