Kyivstar raises tariffs: what will change from September 24

Mobile operator Kyivstar has announced an increase in tariffs for prepaid and contract subscribers. The cost of some tariffs will increase from UAH 250 to UAH 300 for 4 weeks. This was reported by the company’s press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
Why tariffs are rising
Kyivstar explains the increase by several factors:
- A 60%increase inelectricity prices for businesses during evening peak hours;
- Rise in theprice of fuel needed to run generators and for engineers to visit facilities;
- Inflation and changes in the exchange rate that affected the cost of services.
“In the summer of 2025, electricity prices for business during evening peak hours, when users make the most calls and use the Internet, increased by 60%. The cost of fuel required to run generators and for engineers to visit sites, maintain and repair equipment has also increased, while inflation and exchange rate changes have affected the cost of services,” Kyivstar’s press service reports.
New tariffs
The updated terms and conditions will come into effect in September-October 2025:
From September 24, 2025:
- LOVE UA Light 2023 tariff – UAH 300 for 4 weeks;
- Superpower Economy tariff – UAH 225 for 4 weeks.
From October 1, 2025:
- LOVE UA Contract tariff – UAH 250 per month.
Subscribers can choose the tariff that suits their needs or switch to another one from Kyivstar’s lineup.
Opportunities for subscribers
Kyivstar offers several options to make tariffs more profitable:
- Increase of tariff volumes – for three months you can double some services at no extra charge;
- Connecting a 25 GB and 250 minutes package for the LOVE UA Contract tariff;
- Switching to another tariff – choose from the current line or special offers;
- Superpowers – additional benefits at no extra cost: Kyivstar TV, roaming, additional GB and other services that can be updated monthly through the My Kyivstar application.
Subscriber notifications
The company promises to send an SMS notification at least 7 days before the tariff change.

The tariff increase will allow Kyivstar to maintain stable network operation and provide fast Internet and modern digital services to all subscribers.
