Macron does not rule out sending ground troops to Ukraine

“Nothing can be ruled out in a war that is taking place… at the door of the European Union.”
The Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, commented that such talks are not only taking place in France.
“A number of NATO and EU member states are considering sending their troops to Ukraine on a bilateral basis. I cannot say for what purpose and what they should do there,” Fico said,
