Mike Johnson is not without problems, but still became Speaker of the House of Representatives again

Louisiana Republican Mike Johnson was re-elected speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives on Friday in the first vote, overcoming skepticism about his leadership from some members of his own party. This is reported by The Washington Post, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs.
The American newspaper writes that Mike Johnson took the post after two lawmakers who initially voted against him changed their minds.
As you know, this week, US President-elect Donald Trump supported Johnson and urged Republican lawmakers to vote for him, in particular so that the party could quickly implement Trump’s program.

How he managed to convince the doubting Republicans
Mike Johnson said on Friday that he made no promises to the two Republicans who changed their minds and eventually supported his re-election as Speaker of the House.
According to Mike Johnson, he convinced these colleagues that he would lead the House by working with other Republicans. As a result, Congressmen Ralph Norman of South Carolina and Keith Self of Texas cast their votes in support of Johnson.
Congressman Ralph Norman told reporters that he ultimately voted in favor after speaking with President-elect Donald Trump. Trump, he said, told him that Johnson was “the only one who has his favor to be elected speaker.”
Ralph Norman confirmed that no deals had been made with him and that his only request to Johnson was that he cut the federal budget quickly.
After Mike Johnson was re-elected speaker, the new members of the House of Representatives were sworn in.
