McDonald’s expands its network: 115th restaurant in Ukraine opened near Lutsk

on October 10, 2025, McDonald’s opened a new restaurant at 62 Okruzhna Street in the village of Lypyny, at the entrance to the city of Lutsk. This is the 115th restaurant of the chain in Ukraine and the seventh restaurant opened in partnership with a gas station.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of McDonald’s.
The new restaurant is part of the chain’s development strategy along the highways. It is located on the Lutsk bypass road at the entrance from Rivne. The project was implemented in partnership with WOG filling station.
The 470 m² facility can accommodate 115 guests in the hall and 134 more on the terrace. Orders can be placed at the cash desk or at one of the 10 service terminals from 7:00 to 23:00, on McDrive from 5:00 to 23:30 or through the McDelivery service from 7:00 to 23:00.
The restaurant in Lipyny became the third McDonald’s restaurant in Volyn region. The opening created 60 jobs.
McDonald’s remains one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine. In 2024, the chain invested UAH 1.8 billion in the construction and modernization of restaurants and paid more than UAH 2.6 billion in taxes.
