The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and Victory Drones are launching a project to recruit UAV operators. Applicants will be recruited through the Recruitment Centres of the Ukrainian army. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Defence, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Anyone over the age of 18 can become an operator, even without similar civilian experience. All you need to do is contact one of the recruitment centres, where they will help you fill out an application and provide support throughout the process. You can come and try yourself with a summons to clarify your data.
According to Oleksiy Bezhevets, the authorised representative of the Ministry of Defence for recruitment, a person first takes online courses. If the result is positive, they move on to another stage. Here, they communicate directly with Victory Drones specialists, commit to joining the Armed Forces after training and engage in their professional activities.
Then the person learns to fly the UAV at training grounds and signs a contract. In recruitment centres, recruiters convey this information and then help the candidate at all stages.
The Victory Drones project will provide professional multi-stage free training both online and offline, which will take an average of one month. At the last stage of the training, the candidate begins the process of applying for military service under a contract in the chosen military unit and is sent to undergo basic military training.

Then, the serviceman officially confirms his skills as a UAV operator, receives a certificate and is sent to serve in the chosen military unit in his speciality.
It is noted that the training will include tactical medicine, psychological assistance in stressful situations and self-regulation.
