Mobile communications to become more expensive: Vodafone announces tariff increases

One of Ukraine’s largest mobile operators, Vodafone Ukraine, has announced an increase in the cost of certain tariff plans. The changes will take effect on January 14, 2026, and will apply to the Flexx tariff line. This is stated in the company’s announcement on the operator’s website, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Why Vodafone is raising prices
The company explains the revision of tariffs by the need to maintain stable network operation and service quality.
“In order to remain a reliable operator, we are forced to review the cost of our tariff line and hope for your understanding. This is our joint investment in ensuring that communication remains available,” Vodafone said.
New prices for new subscribers
From January 14, 2026, the following prices will apply to subscribers purchasing a Vodafone starter pack for the first time:
- FLEXX GO — 420 UAH for four weeks
- FLEXX TOP — 550 UAH for four weeks
For customers who switch to Vodafone while keeping their number:
- FLEXX GO — 280 UAH for four weeks
- FLEXX TOP — 350 UAH for four weeks
What will change in the tariff conditions
The operator is also updating its roaming rates:
- FLEXX GO includes 15 GB of internet in roaming;
- FLEXX TOP — 20 GB of internet while roaming.
Vodafone emphasized that all existing subscribers will receive individual SMS messages with the updated terms of service. Detailed information will also be available on the tariff pages.
Who will not be affected by the price changes
For customers with a new number who made their first call under the tariff between July 2, 2025, and January 13, 2026, the cost of the next six packages will remain unchanged:
- FLEXX GO — 320 UAH for four weeks;
- FLEXX TOP — UAH 500 for four weeks.
In addition, for subscribers who have switched to the Vodafone network with their number, the company will fix the current cost of tariffs for one year:
- FLEXX GO — 200 UAH for four weeks;
- FLEXX TOP — 350 UAH for four weeks.

The company emphasizes that it understands the sensitivity of tariff changes for customers and assures them of its continued support for stable network operation.
“We appreciate your trust and are grateful for choosing our network. It is important for us to provide reliable communication and service that you can rely on,” Vodafone added.
