MES and UWC to hold “Educational Marathon” for representatives of Ukrainian education in 29 countries

At the initiative of the Ukrainian World Congress World Educational Coordinating Council (UWCWC) and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MES), an “Educational Marathon” for representatives of Ukrainian schoolchildren in different regions of the world is underway.
This was reported by UWC UWC Chairwoman Liubov Lubchyk, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
She noted that such meetings are an excellent opportunity to establish a sustainable dialogue between state institutions and educational centers of the diaspora of various types to timely inform about innovations and find opportunities to address educational needs and demands.
A number of online meetings are planned as part of the marathon. The next one will take place on May 19 at 14:00 Kyiv time. Representatives of Ukrainian education from the following countries and regions are invited to participate: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, the Philippines, Peru, Colombia, Paraguay, Venezuela, and Japan.
Another meeting is scheduled for May 21 at 17:00 Kyiv time. Representatives of Ukrainian schoolchildren from the United Arab Emirates, Israel, India, Turkey, Lebanon, Cyprus, South Africa, Egypt, Mauritius, Ghana, Tunisia, Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Kuwait are invited to attend.
Lyubchyk added that the organizers tried to take into account the issue of time zones as much as possible so that all representatives of Ukrainian schoolchildren in these regions could join the meetings.
