Monobank launches marketplace: what will be sold

Monobank is preparing to release the Market by Mono service, which is scheduled for Monday, 21 October. The marketplace will sell electronics, gadgets and computer equipment. This was announced by Monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to him, all the goods on the market will be available for purchase under the “Purchase in parts” programme.
“All products on our marketplace will be available without overpayments and hidden fees under the ‘Purchase by installments’ programme, partners will receive absolutely unprecedented rates from 3 to 5 times lower than those of competitors, and we want to make the level of service and support like in mono without unnecessary communications,” Gorokhovsky said.
Three categories will be presented at the launch:
- gadgets
- smart electronics,
- and computer equipment.
As Gorokhovsky promised, the range will be gradually expanded.
“Over time, we will add everything else,” said the co-founder of monobank.
The first partners to offer their products on the marketplace are Moyo, KTS, and Click.
Gorokhovsky noted that this is the first attempt to do something special in e-commerce and therefore one should not be too harsh in their assessment – there is a long and difficult path ahead.
The marketplace is already available to some users and is hosted in the mono app. The update will gradually become available to users on Monday 21 October and Tuesday.
To access the marketplace, you need to update the mobile app to the latest version.
