Frost and ice: weather forecast for February 11

Cold but dry weather is expected in Ukraine on February 11. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, it will be cloudy with clearings, no precipitation is expected, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
In the northeast, there is ice in some places. The wind will be east and northeast, 3-8 m/s.
At night, the temperature will be from -7°C to -12°C, in the Carpathians – up to -15°C in some places. During the day, it will be -6°C to -1°C, in the west and south in some places 3°C, and in Transcarpathia up to 8°C.
In the north of Ukraine (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy regions), at night -8…-11°C, during the day -5…-3°C. There will be ice on the roads in some places.
In the central regions (Poltava, Dnipropetrovs’k, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia), nighttime temperatures will be -7…-10°C, and during the day -6…-2°C.
In the west (Lviv, Volyn, Rivne, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, Khmelnytsky regions), the temperature will be -5…-9°C at night and -2 … 3°C during the day. In Transcarpathia, up to 8°C.
The eastern regions (Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk) will remain the coldest: at night -9…-11°C, during the day -7…-3°C, with icy conditions in some places.
In the south of Ukraine (Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson regions, Crimea), the temperature will be -6…-9°C at night and -2…3°C during the day.
