Assets of 10 bankrupt banks put up for auction: lots worth UAH 207.4 million

Between July 28 and August 1, a series of auctions to sell the assets of ten banks in liquidation will be held in the Prozorro.Sale system. The Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) has put up lots for a total starting amount of UAH 207.4 million. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of the DGF.
What is up for sale
Real estate, land plots, vehicles and fixed assets are valued at UAH 121.5 million.
Another UAH 80.5 million is the right to claim loans.
uAH 5.4 million is accounts receivable.
Which banks and what are the lot amounts?
- JSC Cominvestbank – for a total amount of UAH 72. 6 million, of which real estate and fixed assets of the bank are put up for sale with a starting price of UAH 71.0, and for UAH 1.6 million – loan claims;
- JSC Megabank – with the starting price of UAH 48.9 million, rights to claims on loans were put up for sale;
- PJSC Prominvestbank – for a total amount of UAH 41.6 million. Of these, real estate, land plots, and fixed assets were put up for sale with a starting price of UAH 41.2 million. In addition, accounts receivable are put up for sale with an initial price of UAH 0.4 million;
- JSC Ukrbudinvestbank – for a total amount of UAH 20.2 million, of which UAH 20.1 million is the starting price for the sale of rights to claim on loans, and receivables will be sold for UAH 0.1 million;
- JSCB Concorde – for a total amount of UAH 10.9 million, of which UAH 7.7 million is the starting price for the sale of the rights to claim on loans. In addition, accounts receivable to the bank will be sold for UAH 3.2 million;
- JSC “MR Bank” – for a total amount of UAH 5.0 million, of which the rights to claims on loans are put up for sale at a starting price of UAH 2.2 million, and real estate and fixed assets at a starting price of UAH 1.2 million. In addition, accounts receivable to the bank will be sold for UAH 1.6 million;
- PJSC “CSG Bank” – with an initial price of UAH 4.1 million – real estate and fixed assets;
- Bank Sich JSC – fixed assets with an initial price of UAH 2.4 million;
- JSC “Ayboks Bank” – with the starting price of UAH 1.5 million, real estate and fixed assets are put up for sale;
- JSC Bank Forward – with the starting price of UAH 0.03 million, accounts receivable to the bank are put up for sale.
