Teenagers brutally abused a minor in Dnipropetrovs’k region

In the Dnipropetrovs’k region, a video was posted online showing a group of teenagers mocking a minor boy. Law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into the incident.
According to the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the incident took place in the village of Solone, Dnipro district, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The recording shows that the teenagers tied the boy’s hands and then undressed him, taking off his pants.
Juvenile prosecutors of the Right Bank District Prosecutor’s Office, together with the police, opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 6 years.
Law enforcement is currently analyzing photo and video materials posted on social media.
