What region will Russian troops soon move to: a military man tells

Dnipro region needs to be prepared for defence against Russian occupiers at an accelerated pace. This was called for by the deputy commander of the Third Assault Brigade, Maksym Zhorin, in his Telegram channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“We need to prepare for the defence of the Dnipro region today. We shouldn’t be constantly moving from city to city, while at the same time quickly preparing these cities for defence. We need to plan all this and build a strong defence line in advance. And not wait until the front line moves to the next settlement,” the military wrote.

Zhorin added that, given the situation with Selydove and Pokrovsk, Dnipropetrovs’k region should be prepared for defence and this process should be controlled.

It should be noted that on 25 October, the commander of the 24th assault battalion “Aidar”, junior sergeant Stanislav Bunyatov (“Osman”) reportedthat Russian troops managed to break through to Vyshneve in Donetsk region.

“The enemy is 29 km away from Pokrovske direction and 11 km away from Gulyaypillia direction before reaching the border of Dnipropetrovska oblast,” the soldier wrote.

According to Bunyatov, the situation is now critical.
