Truck traffic delays are expected on the border with Poland: what happened

At the Krakivets-Korczowa checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border, the passage of freight transport may slow down in the coming weeks. The reason is technical work on the Polish side. This was reported by the press center of the State Border Guard Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to the State Border Guard Service, from October 15 to December 15, 2025, truck traffic may be hampered due to preventive maintenance of weighing systems and the installation of radiation monitoring systems.
Border guards ask drivers to take into account possible delays when planning their trips and choose other border crossing points if possible.
“We ask drivers to take these circumstances into account and, if possible, choose alternative checkpoints to cross the border,” the SBGS press center said.
As a reminder, the final stage of the overhaul of the national importance road M-07 Kyiv-Kovel-Yahodyn is underway in Volyn, near the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint. As a result, there may be temporary traffic difficulties.
