On Saturday evening, March 21, a partial power outage occurred on the left bank of Kyiv. The situation affected not only people’s homes but also trolleybus service.

This was reported by [Komersant], citing the Kyiv City State Administration’s Telegram channel and the “Kyivpastrans” channel.

Around 10:00 p.m., posts began appearing in local public groups stating that some buildings on the left bank of Kyiv had lost power and water supply. Later, the Kyiv City State Administration officially announced the cause of the incident.

“Due to an emergency on the power grid on the left bank, there are interruptions in electricity and water supply. Power engineers are already working to repair the damage,” the statement said.

At the same time, Kyivpastrans reported that a number of trams and trolleybuses were delayed due to a power outage in the overhead contact system.
