In Lviv region, 17 children were poisoned in a hotel: this is the third case in a month

In the village of Slavsko in the Lviv region, 17 children were hospitalized with signs of food poisoning after a vacation at the Carpathian Cozy hotel and restaurant complex.
This was reported by the Department of Civil Protection of the Lviv Regional State Administration, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The first cases of hospitalization were recorded on August 17. The victims were diagnosed with an acute intestinal infection. Among the poisoned are children aged 8 to 15 from Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Rivne.
Police opened a criminal investigation into the violation of sanitary rules. The owners of the complex face a fine, arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
This is the third mass poisoning of children in the Lviv region in a month.
Earlier, 25 children in a private camp in Slavske and visitors to the Lviv restaurant Chinese Hello were affected .
