A hangar has appeared on the site of a school field: a land scheme is being investigated in the Kyiv region

Prosecutors have uncovered an alleged land scheme in the Kyiv region, through which part of a school stadium’s territory was transferred to private ownership. This was reported by bigkyiv , as relayed by "Komersant Ukrainian".
The incident occurred in the village of Tomylivka.
According to the investigation, officials from the State Geocadastre changed the coordinates of the land plot in the state cadastre, which allowed part of the communal land to be transferred to a private owner.
How the scheme worked
According to law enforcement, officials made changes to the electronic cadastre system, adjusting the coordinates of the plot.
As a result, part of the land that belonged to the community ended up in private ownership.
This concerns 0.16 hectares of land that was previously part of the school stadium.

What appeared on the site of the stadium
According to the investigation, the area where physical education classes were held now houses a hangar for agricultural machinery.
The damage to the local community was estimated at approximately 390,000 hryvnia.
Criminal proceedings
After the intervention of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, law enforcement agencies opened criminal proceedings.
Two officials are involved in the case.
According to journalists, they are:
- Oksana Yastreb
- Oleksandr Ozadovsky
Both suspects have been suspended from their posts.
Court decisions
The court imposed a preventive measure in the form of bail on one of the defendants in the case.
The amount is 149,760 hryvnias.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are establishing all the circumstances surrounding the transfer of communal land to private ownership.
