On the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, Ukrzaliznytsia will broadcast poetry by fallen Ukrainian soldiers at the country’s largest railway stations, according to "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the message of “Ukrzaliznytsia“.

It says that this year, poems by military poets who died in the war with Russia will be broadcast throughout the day at railway stations in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro and Odesa. The project was implemented in conjunction with the Memorial memory platform.

“Each of them (the soldiers – ed.) did and could have done countless more to enrich our culture, but the pages of their lives will forever remain unfinished,” the press service of the national railway carrier said.

Poems by Maksym “Dali” Kryvtsov, Yurii Ruf, Hlib Babich, Artem Dovhopolyi, Oleksandr Hoshylyk, and Ilya Chernilevskyi will be read in the voices of Pavlo Vyshebaba, Tetiana Vlasova, Maryna Krut, Sonya Sotnyk, Mykola Serha, Serhii Kharchuk, Solomiia Vitvitska, and Ilya Yarema.

“Come. Listen. Honour the memory of all the fallen Ukrainian defenders – together with us and the whole country,” Ukrzaliznytsia said.
