Workshop and warehouse of winery destroyed in Odesa region as a result of Russian attack

On the night of September 28, Russia attacked Odesa region with attack drones. A winery and a nearby private house were hit. There were no casualties.

This was reported on September 28 by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Odesa region, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

Oleh Kiper, the head of the OBA, added that the winery’s workshop and finished goods warehouse were destroyed. A work shift of 50 employees was evacuated.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the attack destroyed the company’s workshop and finished goods warehouse in Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district. The fire also damaged the roof of a neighboring private house. No one was injured. Law enforcement officers launched a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes. This is part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The State Emergency Service involved 6 units of equipment and 27 firefighters, and local fire brigades – 2 units of equipment and 4 personnel.
