Russian drones hit two hospitals in Sumy region: one dead and one injured

On the night of March 19, the Russian occupiers again attacked Sumy region with drones. Around 1 a.m., a Russian drone crashed on the roof of the Krasnopil hospital in Sumy region. Before that, the regional clinical hospital was damaged. This was reported by the Military Intelligence Agency, the regional prosecutor’s office and the State Emergency Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
on March 18, 2025, at about 22:30, the occupiers attacked a hospital in Sumy with a drone. There were 22 employees and 147 patients, including those with limited mobility.









The attack caused the building to catch fire, fortunately, there were no casualties.
At 23:20, the enemy shelled a two-story apartment building in the Krasnopil community. A 29-year-old man was killed and three other residents were injured.
At 2:30 a.m. on March 19, 2025, the occupiers attacked, according to preliminary data, 6 drones, a hospital in Krasnopillia, Sumy district. At that time, there were 11 employees and 49 patients, including those with limited mobility. All of them were in a shelter, so they were not injured.
The hospital premises were heavily damaged, a fire broke out, and a company car was damaged.
According to the State Emergency Service, the blast wave also damaged the premises of a children’s medical center.
