The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has put former Party of Regions MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko, better known as Yura Yenakiyevsky, on the wanted list. He is suspected of involvement in the illegal acquisition and legalization of 18 hectares of state land worth over UAH 160 million. This was reported by the press service of the NABU, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
What is known about Ivaniushchenko’s case
According to the investigation, in the spring of 2021, a corporate conflict broke out between Ivaniushchenko and Kyiv developer Vladyslava Molchanova over control of the Stolychnyi market near Kyiv. Then the developer decided to transfer part of the market’s assets to controlled companies.
To do this, officials of the State Geocadastre changed the purpose of the land. the 18-hectare territory was divided into nine 2-hectare plots, transferred to certain individuals, and subsequently resold to three companies affiliated with the developer.

In September 2021, the parties signed an informal “understanding” on the joint use of the plots. After that, Ivaniushchenko’s trustee became the beneficiary of the companies that received the land.
Who is involved in the case
The NABU and the SAPO reported that the following people were involved in the fraud:
- former MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko, who is under sanctions
- two of his proxies;
- developer Vladyslava Molchanova and a person associated with her;
- the former head of the regional department of the State Geocadastre in Kyiv region.
Earlier, the NABU served a notice of suspicion of seizing 18 hectares of land worth over UAH 160 million to former Party of Regions MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko and Stolitsa Group founder Vladyslava Molchanova.
on September 9, the businesswoman said she was preparing for trial in connection with the NABU’s suspicion. According to her, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office demanded a bail of UAH 300 million from her. Molchanova called the serving of the suspicion a “custom-made special operation” and said she would “defend her honor and business reputation.”
on September 11, the High Anti-Corruption Court set a bail of UAH 100 million for Molchanova.
The investigation is ongoing.
