“National cashback” can be spent in a number of stores: list

The government has updated the list of retailers where Ukrainians can pay with the National Cashback card. This was reported in Diia, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
Where you can now use cashback
From now on, you can pay for purchases with the National Cashback card in the following networks and services:
Offline stores:
- NOVUS
- LIGA PRIM
- Auchan
- SPAR
- VARUS
- Torba
- “Close”
- “Sim23
- fozzy Group chains – Silpo, Fora, Thrash!
Online shopping:
- ROZETKA
- mAUDAU marketplace
Thus, the list of outlets includes both large supermarkets and popular online platforms.
Why there may be problems with payment
Some users reported difficulties when making payments with the National Cashback card. Diia explained that not all banks have yet finalized the technical settings for making such payments.
Ukrainians are advised to wait and try again later.
An important reminder about the “Winter 1000”
Diia also reminded that the “Winter 1000” payment could be made until the end of December 24 – through the application or at Ukrposhta branches.
The funds must be used by June 30, 2026.
How the “National Cashback” program works
The program provides:
- 10% cashback for purchases of goods made in Ukraine;
- the minimum cashback amount is UAH 2
- the maximum amount is up to UAH 3000 per month for one customer.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained that the purpose of the program is to keep money in Ukraine and work for the Ukrainian economy. The program was officially launched in September 2024.
What you can spend the money on now
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine noted that the most popular areas of spending were utilities and mobile communications.
At the same time, the list of allowed categories was revised in November:
- mobile communications, cinema, and catering were removed from the list;
- the restrictions are related to the launch of the Winter Support program, under which citizens receive UAH 1,000 on a National Cashback card.
The Ministry explained that the categories of expenses were unified and focused on basic needs. The updated rules will be in effect until June 30, 2026.
