The largest job database in Ukraine is now available on your smartphone

A new digital application for job seekers has been launched by the State Employment Service. The development was supported by Poland, Germany, and the United Nations Development Program. This was reported by the State Employment Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs.
The State Employment Service application is available in the App Store and GooglePlay. Ukrainians abroad can also use the app.
“We strive to simplify communication in the labor market and apply more modern approaches to our services. The digitalization of public employment services brings us closer to creating an even better service for all citizens,” said Yulia Zhovtyak, Director of the State Employment Service.
How the new app will help
This is not only the largest database of vacancies in Ukraine that can be filtered by various criteria, but also a convenient service. Here you can, for example, search for jobs with housing or jobs for veterans.
In addition to searching for jobs, you can also
– sign up for an electronic queue;
– talk to a career counselor;
– schedule a meeting with a potential employer;
– obtain the necessary certificates;
– apply for a grant for your own business;
– apply for a voucher for specialized training;
– take an online course from the State Employment Service;
– create an electronic job seeker’s account.
Currently, the app’s functions are fully focused on the needs of job seekers. The next stage of the initiative’s development will be the launch of functionality for employers.
The Employment Service also reminds that this is a convenient service for all labor market participants. It is a network with more than 500 offices across the country and online services. Every year, more than 600 thousand Ukrainians use the services of the Employment Service.
