In January, 2.7 thousand used cars from the United States were registered in Ukraine. This was reported by

The most popular of this number are cars with petrol engines, accounting for 49%. Almost a third of imported cars are electric cars, and another 7% are hybrid and diesel cars. The rest of this market segment is made up of cars with gas cylinder equipment.

- Tesla Model 3 – 300 units;
- Tesla Model Y – 218 units;
- Ford Escape – 177 units;
- Jeep Cherokee – 176 units;
- Volkswagen Passat – 173 units.
Overall, the demand for American used cars in Ukraine increased by 75% compared to January last year. The average age of Americans registered in January was 6.3 years.
By the end of 2023, almost 61 thousand new cars were sold in Ukraine for a total of over UAH 105.5 billion

In 2023, hybrid passenger cars became more popular, with more than 17.2 thousand such cars registered. This is 55% more than in the previous year, although 8% less than in 2021.
The total number of vehicles imported to Ukraine in 2023 was almost 400 thousand, the lowest figure in the last three years. Imports decreased by 29.5% compared to 2022.
Also in 2023, the Ukrainian car fleet increased by more than 214 thousand used cars, which is 45% less than in the previous year.
It is worth noting that the market for electric vehicles in Ukraine almost tripled over the year.
