NACP: More than 130 parties failed to submit reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 on time

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has published a list of political parties that failed to submit reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 on time.
This was reported by the NACP, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
on February 10, the reporting campaign for parliamentary and non-parliamentary parties for the fourth quarter of 2024 ended.
According to Part 20 of Article 17 of the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” the NACP is obliged to publish on its website within 10 calendar days from the date of expiration of the deadline for parties to submit reports on property, income, expenses and financial liabilities a list of parties that have not submitted reports within the specified period.
The NACP should also ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice in accordance with the law.
Failure to submit reports is punishable under Art. 212-21 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (CAO). This includes a fine of 300 to 400 non-taxable minimum incomes, i.e. UAH 5,100 to 6,800.
The NACP reminded that 150 parties failed to submit reports to the NACP for the third quarter of 2024.
