Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that his country is preparing for a potential attack by Croatia, Albania, and Kosovo. He emphasized that Belgrade is monitoring the military cooperation within this alliance.
This was reported by [Komersant] citing AA.
“They are waiting for the right moment. We are preparing for their attack,” Vučić said in an interview with RTS.
In his remarks, he mentioned the trilateral declaration on defense cooperation signed by Croatia, Albania, and Kosovo in Tirana on March 18, 2025. This document aims to strengthen cooperation in the field of security and operational compatibility of the armed forces.
Speaking about Serbia’s defense capabilities, Vučić noted that the country possesses Chinese air-to-ground hypersonic missiles with a range of up to 400 km.
“We have Chinese air-to-ground hypersonic missiles with a range of up to 400 kilometers,” he said, calling them among the most advanced weapons systems.
Vucic also stated that Serbia maintains good relations with NATO while continuing to pursue a policy of military neutrality.
Commenting on relations with Croatia, the Serbian president accused Zagreb of attempting to undermine Serbia over the past year and a half and of interfering in its internal affairs.
The Serbian leader’s statements came amid ongoing debates about security and defense policy in the Western Balkans, where military modernization and political tensions have intensified in recent years.
The world is once again heading toward war
As a reminder, in October 2025, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that everyone is currently preparing for war, and the only question is which side one belongs to.
It should also be noted that on February 28, the U.S. and Israel began bombing Iran to curb Tehran’s nuclear ambitions and destroy the country’s nuclear arsenal. Despite President Donald Trump’s claim of a near-total victory, according to the WSJ, the U.S. has no intention of concluding the operation in the coming weeks.
Incidentally, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently suggested that cooperation between Russia and Iran poses a serious threat and could even trigger World War III.
