Design
According to the authors’ idea, this composition symbolizes Ukraine as a single digital system that unites all spheres of life with the help of modern technologies.
The reverse of the coin depicts a schematic map of Ukraine created from binary code digits. This code is not random – it encodes the name UKRAINE (vertically on the left), which can be deciphered by tracing the path from each individual letter to the corresponding sequence of digits. At the bottom right is the inscription DIGITAL STATE, with an arrow (mouse cursor) pointing to it. The composition symbolizes the foundation of the digital world, emphasizing the importance of technology for the country’s development.

On the obverse of the coin, in the center of the composition, there is a small State Emblem of Ukraine surrounded by an electronic circuit/network. This combination symbolizes Ukraine as a single digital system, a monolithic and integral state that has united all aspects of its citizens’ lives with the help of the latest technologies.

In this network, you can see the symbolic unification of the west, east, south, and north under a single coat of arms, emphasizing the unity of the country. Above the scheme is the inscription UKRAINE, on the left is the denomination 10 and the inscription Hryvnia; on the right is the year of minting 2024, and below is the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint, the pure weight of the coin 31.1, and the metal and grade Ag 999.
