The NBU removed the collection agency from the register and revoked its license

The National Bank of Ukraine has adopted two decisions regarding non-bank financial institutions.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the NBU.
The Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Non-Bank Financial Services Markets has removed Verdict Consulting LLC from the register of collection agencies.
From now on, the company is not allowed to provide consumer loan debt settlement services on behalf of third parties.
“Only companies included in the above-mentioned register have the right to provide consumer loan debt settlement services on behalf of other persons,” the NBU reminds.
The NBU’s board also revoked the license of the private enterprise Komservice-Bezpeka to conduct cash transactions, in particular, the collection of funds and transportation of currency values.
The license was revoked on the basis of the company’s own application. The document was issued in June 2018 and reissued in March 2024.
