The NBU cleans up the market: five financial companies are left without licenses

The National Bank of Ukraine has revoked the financial services licenses of five non-banking institutions. This was reported by the regulator’s press service on July 2, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

The reason was a violation of the requirements of the Regulation on Authorization of Financial Service Providers. The companies were also removed from the State Register of Financial Institutions.

The following companies lost their licenses:

  • LLC Financial Company “HutkoPay ” – provision of funds and banking metals on credit, factoring;
  • Financial Company KreditON LLC – lending of funds and banking metals;
  • Sigmaur Finance LLC – lending of funds and banking metals, factoring, financial leasing, guarantees;
  • Financial Company Altares Finance LLC – lending of funds and precious metals, factoring;
  • Andrus R.B. Lombard Monarch PE and Company – provision of funds and banking metals in the form of lombard loans.

The NBU clarified that the decision was made in accordance with the current regulation, which provides for the revocation of licenses in case of violations or non-compliance with the conditions of financial activities.

As of May 1, 2025, the share of non-performing loans (NPLs) in the banking sector of Ukraine decreased to 28.3%, down 2 percentage points since the beginning of the year.
