Light rains, but warm until 17: weather forecast for October 31

Today, October 31, there may be short-term precipitation in some areas. Meanwhile, in some places the air will warm up to 17 degrees. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrhydrometcenter.
Cloudy weather with clearing is expected. According to forecasters, light rains are possible at night in the north, in most western and central regions, and during the day in the east. Precipitation is not expected in the rest of the country.
On October 31, the wind will be from the west and northwest, 7-12 m/s, and in the east of the country gusts of up to 15-18 m/s are possible.
At night, thermometers in most regions will show 5…10 degrees Celsius, but in the eastern, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions the temperature will drop to 1…6 degrees.
According to experts, the temperature is expected to reach 8-13 degrees Celsius during the day in most of Ukraine. Meanwhile, the air will warm up to 17 degrees in the south.
