Night attack on Lviv: drone destroys entrance to residential building

On the night of July 12, Lviv suffered a powerful nighttime drone attack, one of the most massive attacks on the city during the war. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the mayor of the city, Andriy Sadovyi, on Facebook.
According to the mayor, the attack damaged a two-story residential building in the area of Metropolitan Andriy Street. The entrance was partially destroyed, and there was a gas and water leak.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties, as all residents were in shelters. Several people received first aid on the spot.
Among other consequences of the attack, the roof of a non-residential building in Zaliznychnyi district burned down over an area of 200 square meters, several houses and a kindergarten were damaged, many windows were smashed, dozens of cars were damaged, and the telephone network was cut off.



The contact network was also cut. As a result, trolleybuses No. 22, 30 and 32 will not run in the morning.
It should be noted that the air raid in Lviv began at around 02:33 am on July 12. Between three and five in the morning, the city was attacked by enemy attack drones, the number of which reached several dozen. There was also a threat of cruise missile attacks, but they probably headed further toward Lutsk.
