German company Goldhofer is launching production at an industrial park in the Khmelnytskyi region

The German company Goldhofer AG has begun manufacturing components and spare parts for semi-trailers at the Krasyliv Technoport industrial park.

The launch was announced by Dmytro Kysilevsky, deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on economic development, according to [Komersant].

According to him, this is the first foreign industrial investment attracted to this industrial park.

What exactly does the company produce?

The new facility specializes in manufacturing components for semi-trailers designed to transport oversized cargo.

Currently:

  • the company employs 36 workers, mostly welders;
  • a set of parts for 7–8 semi-trailers is produced each month;
  • the manufactured components are exported to Germany, where the final assembly of the vehicles takes place.

The investor is still in the process of obtaining industrial park participant status.

How much was invested

The total investment project volume is 4.5 million euros.

According to Kysilevsky:

  • €1.5 million has already been invested;
  • the remaining funds will be invested in subsequent stages of production development.

New potential investor

The park’s management company has already signed a memorandum with the Polish company Modular.

It plans to:

  • open a modular home manufacturing facility in Krasyliv;
  • manufacture commercial and residential buildings using metal structures.

If the project is implemented, it will be the second foreign investment in the park.

Plans for government support

The industrial park is preparing an application for state funding to develop infrastructure.

This refers to the government policy program
Made in Ukraine.

Its terms provide for:

  • 50/50 co-financing;
  • state support of up to 150 million UAH;
  • mandatory construction of at least 5,000 square meters of industrial space;
  • attracting at least two participants over the course of three years.

How the industrial park was created

The Krasyliv Technoport Industrial Park was entered into the state register in 2023.

Its creation was initiated by the
Krasyliv Machine-Building Plant.

Key project parameters:

  • area — over 10 hectares;
  • specialization — metalworking and the manufacture of metal products;
  • expected number of jobs — about 500.

Development of industrial parks

Industrial parks are becoming one of the tools for the industrial recovery of Ukraine’s economy.

According to government data, as of the end of 2025:

  • 22 plants have been built in such parks;
  • another 15 enterprises are under construction.

At the same time, the government plans to expand support programs, including compensation of up to 200 million hryvnias for damaged infrastructure in industrial parks if it was damaged as a result of Russian attacks.
