New investment opportunity: NovaPay’s K series bonds are now available on the stock exchange
11 September 16:54
NovaPay, an international financial service, has announced the issuance of a new, eleventh series of K series corporate bonds, which is aimed exclusively at institutional investors. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the company’s press service.
The previous series of bonds, in particular series C and I, were completely sold out among institutional market players, which brought the company UAH 190 million. Investors will now have access to a new instrument: the K series bonds will be listed on the Perspectiva exchange.
The securities will be in circulation until August 6, 2028. Interest will be paid quarterly, and the nominal rate will be 18%, making these bonds attractive to investors looking for a stable income.
NovaPay’s CFO Igor Prikhodko noted that the company sees a steady demand for its bonds from both private and large investors. This is confirmed by the successful history of previous placements.
We remind you that in 2023-2024, NovaPay made nine issues of interest-bearing bonds, and in 2025 it made the tenth, anniversary issue. The new, eleventh issue of the K series is another step in the company’s strategy to develop its own investment instruments and expand financial opportunities for market participants.
