“Nova Poshta” has updated its rates: how much will parcel delivery cost

13 April 14:18

“Nova Poshta,” the leader of Ukraine’s logistics market, has announced a change in the cost of its services. The new rates will take effect on April 13, 2026. The company explains this move as a necessity to adapt to current economic realities and a desire to maintain high service quality, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

Reasons for the price revision

As stated in the official announcement on the company’s website, the decision to update the price list is driven by a number of objective factors. The current market situation is characterized by a significant increase in operating costs. In particular, the cost of services has been affected by:

  • rising fuel prices and instability in the energy market;
  • increased costs of partner services (telecommunications, electricity);
  • the general rise in the cost of living and the need to index employee salaries.

Despite the increase, the company continues to invest in the security of shipments and network development to remain a reliable partner for millions of Ukrainians.

New rates for core services

Starting April 13, the cost of shipments will depend on weight and delivery destination:

1. Documents: Delivery of documents within the city will now cost 70 UAH, and across Ukraine — 80 UAH. The cost already includes a branded cardboard envelope.

2. Packages up to 30 kg (within the city):

  • up to 2 kg — 70 UAH
  • up to 10 kg — 115 UAH
  • up to 30 kg — 180 UAH

3. Packages up to 30 kg (within Ukraine):

  • up to 2 kg — 90 UAH
  • up to 10 kg — 135 UAH
  • up to 30 kg — 200 UAH

For shipments over 30 kg, the rate will be 7 UAH/kg for city delivery and starting at 11 UAH/kg for deliveries within Ukraine (depending on the zone). Oversized parcels, where the sum of the sides exceeds 120 cm, will be charged an additional fee of 100 UAH.

What will remain unchanged?

“Nova Poshta” is keeping some services free or at the old prices to minimize the burden on customers in certain segments.

The following remain unchanged in price:

  • parcel storage at branches;
  • the “Transfer Point” service;
  • surcharge for shipments from villages and small towns;
  • packaging of medium (up to 10 kg) and large (up to 30 kg) parcels.

The following remain free of charge:

  • packaging of small parcels and branded envelopes for documents;
  • redirecting a shipment while it is in transit;
  • declared value fee for goods worth up to 500 UAH.

To accurately calculate logistics costs, customers are advised to use the online calculator on the official website or in the company’s mobile app.
