“Nova Poshta raises tariffs from December 1

Starting December 1, 2025, Nova Poshta will update tariffs for some services. According to the company, this will help maintain the usual speed and quality of delivery.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the message of Nova Poshta on Telegram.
What services will remain unchanged
The cost will not change for the following services:
- delivery of parcels up to 2 kg;
- sending from villages and towns.
The cost of services will continue to include:
- commission for the declared value up to UAH 500
- redirection in transit;
- return of parcels and documents;
- branded envelope and packages of 0.5-4 kg;
- guaranteed reimbursement of the declared value in case of force majeure.
What tariffs are changing
The cost will increase for the following services:
- delivery of documents in an envelope: in the city – 60 UAH, in Ukraine – 70 UAH;
- postal service: uAH 10 per delivery;
- courier delivery or collection: 50 UAH;
- parcels in the city between branches: up to 10 kg – 100 UAH, up to 30 kg – 160 UAH;
- parcels within Ukraine between branches: up to 10 kg – UAH 120, up to 30 kg – UAH 180.
