Nova Poshta has started shipping parcels from the US: how to arrange a shipment

Nova Poshta has announced the launch of a partnership with international carrier UPS, enabling deliveries from the US to Ukraine. The US has become the 17th country outside Ukraine where Nova Poshta’s services are available.
This was reported by Komersant, citing a statement from Nova Poshta.
Now, documents or parcels weighing up to 30 kg can be sent from the US to Ukraine through more than 6,000 UPS Store locations across the country.
International shipments can be arranged online via the Nova Poshta website or mobile app, with delivery times starting at 7 days.
How to send a parcel from the US to Ukraine:
- register on the website;
- create an international shipment online in the app or on the website;
- pay using your preferred method;
- get a unique QR code;
- pack your parcel and bring it to any UPS Store;
- show the QR code to the operator and hand over the parcel.
According to Vyacheslav Klimov, co-owner of the Nova group of companies, the launch of delivery from the US is a strategic step towards developing a presence in the American market. This partnership allows the company to scale its service and respond more quickly to customer needs.
The company plans to reduce delivery times to 5 days, develop targeted delivery, and open franchise branches in major cities in Ukraine.
