Lawyer Kravets: Current mobilization policy demonstrates “waving profanity” and requires a radical change of approaches

In an interview for the YouTube channel "Komersant Ukrainian", lawyer and attorney Rostyslav Kravets sharply criticized the current mobilization system, calling it an example of complete unprofessionalism and the lack of a competent state policy in the field of communications.
Kravets said that the officials responsible for mobilization are not performing their duties properly and do not seem to “understand how it should work at all.”
“What is happening now with the mobilization is a demonstration of a complete unprofessional approach, of this swinging profanity…”
According to him, the information space in the country is also in a state of chaos:
“What is happening in the information field is a bacchanalia.”
We need “healthy propaganda” and a return of respect for the service
The lawyer emphasizes that the state should change its approach to informing the public. In his opinion, it is necessary to talk about military service as an honor, not as a punishment:
“We need to explain to people why we need to defend the country… that service in the Armed Forces is not a punishment, but a great honor.”
Kravets is convinced that the public narrative has changed due to the statements of certain politicians who have been forming a negative image of the army for years. The lawyer drew attention to the drastic changes in the system of payments to servicemen, both combat and compensation to the families of the deceased.
“Even these payments have been changed so many times… The circle of persons has been changed, the grounds have been changed, and very often payments are not made at all,” he noted.

He especially criticized the decision to increase compensation to the families of the victims to UAH 15 million, which later de facto stopped working:
“Who set these 15 million? Was anyone thinking when they did it? And what has changed for the person who gives his life? He is told that there is no money in the country.”
According to him, such decisions undermine trust and moral motivation.
