“Oberig” and “Reserve” will temporarily not work: what to do

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced that on the night of Saturday, October 11, scheduled technical work will be carried out in the Oberig registry, which will temporarily make services in the Reserve mobile application unavailable, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The work will take place on the night of October 11, from 00:00 to 06:00. During this six-hour period, users will not be able to receive services or update their electronic military registration document in the Reserve application.
In this regard, the Ministry advises citizens to prepare in advance so that the document is always at hand.
Upon completion of the technical work at 06:00 am on October 11, all services of the “Reserve” application should resume their normal operation.
Recommendations of the Ministry of Defense
To avoid inconvenience, users are advised to have paper documents on hand or save their electronic version in PDF format.
How to do it:
- Open the main screen of the Reserve application.
- Click on the three dots in the menu.
- Select the Download PDF option .
The saved file can be used as a confirmation of the existence of a military registration document if necessary.
As we wrote earlier, the Reserve app now allows you to pay a fine for another violation of the rules/order of military registration – failure to register for military registration at a new address after changing your place of residence.
