Garik Korogodsky, owner of the Dream shopping center in Kyiv, has put the complex allegedly up for sale. The total area of the shopping center is 160,000 square meters, with a leasable area of 101,200 square meters and an occupancy rate of almost 100% at the end of 2025.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Forbes.
The shopping center consists of two buildings – Dream Yellow and Dream Berry. Dream has about 400 stores, including H&M, Inditex (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Oysho, Stradivarius) and LPP (Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, Sinsay).
The shopping center’s monthly income is UAH 63 million.
The owner plans to sell the asset for $60–70 million, and taking into account debt obligations, the price may exceed $100 million. Dream is pledged as collateral under a mortgage agreement with Oschadbank.
The complex needs to renovate its upper floors due to its elongated architecture and height, according to real estate experts. The last major renovations were carried out in 2019–2021, including a 20% increase in retail space and the creation of a sports hub.
Garik Korogodsky reacted to this news. Under the post of MP Oleksiy Kucherenko, who jokingly offered 1.5% of the proceeds from the sale in exchange for spreading information about the sale of the shopping center, the businessman assured that he was not selling Dream.
“I’m not selling it, it’s Forbes,” Korogodsky assured.
