Hopes for freestyle: Ukrainian trio in the final
The main attention of Ukrainian fans will be focused on the mixed team competition in ski acrobatics.
After a series of failures in the individual competitions, the Ukrainian team has one last chance to reach the Olympic podium.
Angelina Brykina, Oleksandr Okipniuk, and Dmytro Kotovskyi will defend the country’s honor.
Despite the fact that the team leaders were unable to realize their potential in solo jumps, the mixed format gives them a chance to redeem themselves.
The tournament will be held in two stages: first, seven teams will determine the top four, which will compete for medals in the super final.

Marathon distance and Klæbo’s pursuit of the record
One of the most difficult disciplines in cross-country skiing will take place – the men’s 50 km classic style mass start.
Ukraine will be represented by Dmytro Dragun and Oleksandr Lisogor.
Although the Ukrainians’ previous starts at these Games have not been very successful, the distance race will be a final test of their endurance.
At the same time, the whole world will be watching Norwegian Johannes Klæbo.
The legendary skier has already won five gold medals in Milan and Cortina, and victory in the marathon will allow him to set a unique historical achievement – to win absolutely all races within one Olympics.
Farewell to biathlon legends and hockey showdowns
The evening program of the Olympics promises to be emotional. In the women’s biathlon mass start, which will take place without the participation of Ukrainian athletes, world-class stars Franziska Preuss of Germany and Dorothea Wierer of Italy will compete in their last career races.
Also today, the bronze medalists in the men’s hockey tournament will be determined, with Slovakia and Finland facing off.
