The Pension Fund has changed the amount of subsidies and benefits for some Ukrainians

Ukrainians received September payments of subsidies and benefits for August. For some households, the amounts have changed after comparing incomes in recent quarters. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine(PFU).
The Pension Fund of Ukraine financed housing subsidies and benefits totaling UAH 1.143 billion.
We remind you that in September, housing subsidies and benefits were paid for August. For some recipients, the amount of subsidies received differs from the amount paid in August. This is due to the fact that in August, the Pension Fund recalculated subsidies for households whose average monthly income changed by more than 50%, either by increasing or decreasing.
The recalculation is made after comparing the income for the first and second quarters of 2025 with the income for the third and fourth quarters of 2024. If there has been a significant decrease or increase in income, the amount of the subsidy is increased or decreased accordingly.
Thus, the amount of housing subsidies during the non-heating period changed only for those recipients whose financial situation changed. Other citizens received payments in the usual amount.
