Trump’s victory helped the rich become even richer

Ten of the world’s richest people gained a record amount of money in one day after Donald Trump was re-elected to the US presidency. Bloomberg wrote about this, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
On November 6, the net worth of billionaires led by Elon Musk increased by $63.5 billion.
Musk’s fortune alone increased by $26.5 billion to $290.3 billion.
Other beneficiaries of Trump’s victory include Larry Ellison of Oracle Corp. whose fortune grew by 5.4% to $193.5 billion, and Warren Buffett, who also gained 5.4% to $147.8 billion.
Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, gained $7.1 billion. In addition, former Microsoft executives Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer, former Google executives Larry Page and Sergey Brin also benefited from the victory of the Republican candidate.
This is the largest daily gain since the launch of Bloomberg’s wealth index in 2012.
The only one who suffered losses from Trump’s victory is French billionaire Bernard Arnault. He lost about 1.6% of the value of his assets.
