First decisions of the new Cabinet: what is known after the meeting of Svyrydenko’s government

The Cabinet of Ministers has held its first meeting in a new composition. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Facebook, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Svyrydenko said that the pace of work would be as dynamic as possible, and each minister should present a clear action plan as soon as possible – without general phrases and abstract formulations.
“Each minister must define a specific action plan as soon as possible. No abstractions,” Svyrydenko said in her first public comment as prime minister.
According to her, these plans will be presented publicly, discussed with the relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada, and subsequently accompanied by regular reporting. The government intends to work quickly, transparently and efficiently.
Svyrydenko emphasized that she had positive experience of cooperation with the Economic Committee of the Parliament and expressed confidence in the possibility of similarly constructive cooperation with other areas.
She also drew attention to the fact that the new government is one of the smallest in the history of independent Ukraine. This, according to the Prime Minister, is evidence of the course to reduce the state apparatus and optimize management structures.
“Let’s get to work,” the Prime Minister concluded her post.
