Felix Chertok

Felix Chertok is an entrepreneur, investor, and author of innovative IT solutions for business. For almost twenty years, he has been leading one of the largest production and distribution companies in Ukraine and investing in the development of technological products that revolutionize document management and business processes.

Over the years, the entrepreneur has been accumulating in-depth expertise in his businesses from various fields, from distribution to information technology, forming a team that is able to meet the challenges of our time.
Many of the entrepreneur’s developments have been proven to be effective in large corporations and medium-sized businesses, optimizing processes and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies.

The path of entrepreneurship

Felix Chertok was born on August 29, 1974, in Dnipro to Ukrainian Jewish parents. From an early age, he was immersed in the business environment, which shaped his understanding of market mechanisms and entrepreneurship. Years of practical experience gave him an understanding of the specifics of the distribution business and logistics. And the development of his business has become a platform for more ambitious projects. Understanding the complexity of distribution processes – from document management to logistics – the entrepreneur decided to invest in the creation of technological solutions that could automate these processes.

Investor in technology projects

Felix Chertok says he creates innovative business solutions that transform the Ukrainian market.

“Ukraine has a huge potential in the field of digital innovations for business. In recent years, many promising IT solutions have appeared on our market, but they often remain underestimated or insufficiently integrated into real business processes.

I am convinced that the efficiency of modern business is impossible without automation and digitalization. That is why we invest in the development of software systems that solve real problems of Ukrainian enterprises – from document management to logistics. Our goal is not just to create a product, but to ensure its implementation and scaling.

In the long run, I want to see Ukraine as a technological leader in the region.”

Key projects

BlitzDocFlow – an intelligent document management system

One of Felix Chertok’s key technology projects is BlitzDocFlow, a comprehensive document automation system with regulated access to data. This solution, as the entrepreneur explains, was born out of the real needs of the distribution business, where thousands of documents are generated every day: contracts, invoices, waybills, acts, reports.

“Traditional document management is a huge waste of time and resources,” explains Chertok. “Employees spend hours creating, approving, and searching for documents. Errors in documents lead to financial losses. And the lack of centralized control makes business processes opaque.”

BlitzDocFlow solves these problems by automating the entire document workflow:

The system’s main features include automated access architecture, intelligent routing, integration with business systems, and mobile accessibility.

BLITS complex an ecosystem for mobile trading

Along with BlitzDocFlow, Felix Chertok is investing in the development of BLITS software package, a comprehensive solution for mobile trading and distribution. This product is in demand among companies that work with a large number of points of sale.

The key components of BLITS include a mobile application for sales representatives, routing and logistics, analytics, and control.

“BLITS is already used in distribution companies in Ukraine. We see how the system helps businesses increase efficiency by 20-30% through automation and transparency of processes,” the entrepreneur explains.

Digitalization as a competitive advantage

Felix Chertok sees the future of Ukrainian business in full digitalization and automation.

The entrepreneur reiterates his intention to continue investing in the development and implementation of digital solutions for business and emphasizes the importance of cooperation between business and the technology sector.

In a time of war

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Felix Chertok’s company has been supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, it is not only about material support, but also about the development of technological solutions that could be useful for the defense sector.

“Document management and logistics systems developed for commercial businesses can be adapted to the needs of military and volunteer organizations, where efficiency and speed of decision-making are particularly critical,” says Chertok.
