After Ukrainian UAV strike, NPS in Chuvashia shut down

An oil pumping station in Chuvashia has been shut down following an attack by Ukrainian drones. This was announced on the morning of Saturday, September 27, by the governor of the republic, Oleg Nikolaev, who specified that “the attack was on an oil pumping station near the village of Konar in the Civil District,” "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

The head of the region noted that the strike caused “minor damage” to the facility, but the station had to be shut down. According to Mykolayev, there are no casualties or threats to the population.

The Tynhovatovo oil filling station in the village of Konar near Cheboksary belongs to Transneft-Primakamye and is part of the Almetyevsk-Gorky oil pipeline. According to The Moscow Times, the station has six tanks with a total capacity of 120,000 cubic meters.

The distance from the village of Konar in the Chuvash Republic to the border with Ukraine is about 1000 km.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 55 Ukrainian drones were shot down last night, 27 of them over the Rostov region.
