Tax revenues are growing: the state budget has already received over UAH 1.15 trillion

The Ukrainian budget shows a significant increase in revenues: in the first 11 months of 2025, the general fund of the state budget received more than UAH 1.15 trillion in taxes and fees. This was reported by the State Tax Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the State Tax Service, actual revenues for this period amounted to UAH 1,154.6 billion, which is 5.2% more than planned. The overfulfillment is equal to UAH 57.3 billion, and compared to the same period last year, revenues increased by UAH 215.7 billion.
How much revenue did the state receive in November?
In November, the state received UAH 128.2 billion in tax payments. The largest revenues came from
- corporate income tax – UAH 53 billion
- personal income tax and military duty – UAH 31.6 billion;
- VAT – UAH 22.6 billion (including UAH 18.1 billion of budget refunds).
The budget also received UAH 11.1 billion of excise tax and UAH 5.4 billion of rent.
Against the backdrop of military spending, the government emphasizes the importance of a stable tax flow.
In just 10 months of 2025, revenues amounted to over UAH 1.026 trillion, which also exceeded the target.
